I realize intermittent problems are very difficult to solve. The problem is not repeatable, but very annoying.
We have bible trivia in our preservice loop. Occasionally, the bible trivia slides will be displayed in a very small font, too small to read on the projected screen. We also have another computer running the same presentation with the same loop for our live stream. Sometimes the in-house presentation is small and the live stream is normal. other times vice-versa. At least the congregation that is present has stopped bringing it to my attention, however I'm not sure what the on-line audience thinks of my tech team.
