export of search results only gives the first, in spite of saying there are 27 results

Hi

On occasion, when I do a search and attempt to open the results in a Word document, Logos tells me it found x number of results, but only shows one, and only exports the first one to a Word document. I do not know why Logos has checked Genesis 24 in the side pane. I did not do that, and I cannot make that go away. 

Is there something I am doing to cause Logos to do this?

    This is a known problem as per https://community.logos.com/forums/p/201306/1170789.aspx#1170789 

    I do not know why Logos has checked Genesis 24 in the side pane. I did not do that, and I cannot make that go away. 

    What happens if you select the Use selected text option?
