Documents date reset on reinstall

I had to reinstall Windows on a computer and that included reinstalling Logos. After the install, a large number of my documents have had their date in the documents view reset to the installation date. The odd thing is it isn't all of them, just the majority of them. I assume this is not expected behavior? Is there a way to correct this or at least prevent it from happening on any future reinstalls?

True! But many retain the actual date internally  e.g. Clippings, Handout, Notes. And I see 'original' dates  in Your Documents e.g. Passage List.

Worse, the date is changed just when you access some document e.g. Syntax Search.

So I have no words of assurance on this matter. Hopefully, A Faithlife employee may help.

We have an open case for this issue. I've added a link to this thread to the case so that we can post an update here when it is resolved.

Unfortunately, there is no way to correct or prevent this at this time.

Same thing just happened to me. Issue is still unresolved. Dates appear correct using Logos online. This is not a little issue in my opinion.
