I am installing Logos on my new computer, but I get this message: "The user name or password were not accepted by Logos.com"
Any solutions to this? I tried changing my password and the computer has the resources to run the program.

Can you use the same username / password combination to log into app.logos.com?

You have to use the user name/password that you used when purchasing the resources on logos.com.
Yes, and I eventually got into my Logos program. I had a new computer, but today I am returning it and am now trying to install it again on a new computer. I have the same problem.
But I can get into the app.
On my computer, I have windows updated.

Yes, but still having a problem. I got in, but I am returning that machine to costco today and am now trying a different one, so I'm back to square 1
Solution! The new computer was set to tomorrow's date and wrong time. Once I corrected that everything worked.

Yup, this fixed it for me too. Why would the date being wrong invalidate the password?
How can it tell what your password will be tomorrow?

I had this problem recently when I was in an overseas location with a time difference that meant I was already in tomorrow compared with US time which my machine was set to.
