Digital Signage app on Fire TV

We have used the Digital Signage app in Fire TV (using firestick plugged into TV) for a coupe years but last week it stopped working. We made no device changes but suddenly this past Sunday, when we try to open the app, it immediately crashes and returns to the fire tv menu. WiFi connection is good. I reset the Firestick to factory defaults but that did not change anything. Still crashes, or actually, never really loads.

Has this been an issue for anyone recently?

    weekly bump for attention

UPDATE: After several unsuccessful attempts to fix (including resetting and updating the Firestick), I just purchased another Firestick for the announcements TV. Same TV; same location; same WiFi network; same Amazon and Faithlife accounts. The new one is working today.

So I am guessing it is not really an issue with Proclaim, but in communication with Fire TV, or the individual Firestick itself. I still can't really explain it. The old Firestick operates other apps. But here we are. Thank you.

Sorry for the issues Eric. Older FireTVs have exhibited some memory pressure issues, where as newer ones seem to work well. Not sure what would be making it crash instantly, but glad you got something working for you

Yeah, it became an issue of, "Stop trying to figure it out. You're spending more time in Dx than it's worth. Just replace the Fire Stick and move on."  Though still a mystery, we're all good. Thanks for checking in Jordan.
