Anybody know how to link to VolumePageLine milestones?

The VolumePageLine milestone seems to be very rare - I haven't found any forum discussions, much less examples about it. Prompted by a question by Steve in a Faithlife group, I experimented a bit with it and found the milestone syntax to be [[@vpl:1.1.1]] - but somehow I can't build reference links within the book that would go to such a place.

Resource links to such vpl sections look like this logosres:pbb:c9b25f7b847845b89c8815c526a1831e;ref=VolumePageLine.V_1,_P_2,_L_1 (or the URL equivalent), but somehow I couldn't build any reference links out of this - which would allow Steve to share the PB source with his church. Anyone successfully build such?
