BUG with Search on ebooks.faithlife.com

Searching for a title doesn't find pre-pub titles, because it defaults to having "Live" turned on.

Example repro steps.

1. Go to ebooks.faithlife.com

2. Search for "saints of feather and fang" (with or without the quotation marks)

3. Result -- not found

The way I figured out that the problem is that "Live" is on by default is that the first time I tried this, I searched for saints of feather (with no quotation marks) and it did find one thing, but not the one I was looking for. Notice that the "Live" facet is selected, even though I did not choose that.

This problem does not occur on www.logos.com.
