when attempting to import from planning center this message comes up "Unexpected error attempting to refresh your linked planning center account.
How can i fix this?

Try unlinking, then re-linking your Planning Center account. If you still have issues after that, please submit logs from the Help menu in Proclaim. We can take a look and see if we can figure out what's up.
