I am wanting to constantly navigate to different passages, but am fed up of having to constantly type in the book/chapter/verse. There must be a simple way to navigate with the mouse, but I haven't found it.
I have software on my phone where I can simply click on the list of bible books, then the list of chapters of that book, then the list of verses (three clicks)... or even just the book and chapter (two easy clicks)... but at the moment with Logos I am having to slowly type the reference by hand as I can't find the relevant menu.
Can someone tell me where this is. Thanks
Edit:
I have tried using the "table of contents" method for each bible, but that involves constant scrolling as each chapter is on a separate line.
Scroll to book / click on book / scroll down to chapter / click on chapter.
And it gets worse as the chapters stay open, meaning that there is even more scrolling trying to get to the next book.
Even worse, The table of contents can be filled with a list of chapter numbers which just say "chapter 15, chapter 16 etc" and I don't even know which book they are referring to without having to scroll away. (and my touchpad is not great at scrolling to start with)
I am looking for something to save time, but the scrolling method takes longer than typing.
I am looking for an easy method to navigate the bible. For example, The Word software (which is free at theword.net) is quite nice as there is a separate window to easily click on a relevant book, and then each bible book has a list of the chapters of that particular book the top of each page.
For example, if I am in the book of Psalms, is there a window where I can just click on a number to take me to take me to a different psalm?
Or is there a way that I can create such a window somehow?
