How can I go navigate to passages without constant typing?
I am wanting to constantly navigate to different passages, but am fed up of having to constantly type in the book/chapter/verse. There must be a simple way to navigate with the mouse, but I haven't found it.
I have software on my phone where I can simply click on the list of bible books, then the list of chapters of that book, then the list of verses (three clicks)... or even just the book and chapter (two easy clicks)... but at the moment with Logos I am having to slowly type the reference by hand as I can't find the relevant menu.
Can someone tell me where this is. Thanks
Edit:
I have tried using the "table of contents" method for each bible, but that involves constant scrolling as each chapter is on a separate line.
Scroll to book / click on book / scroll down to chapter / click on chapter.
And it gets worse as the chapters stay open, meaning that there is even more scrolling trying to get to the next book.
Even worse, The table of contents can be filled with a list of chapter numbers which just say "chapter 15, chapter 16 etc" and I don't even know which book they are referring to without having to scroll away. (and my touchpad is not great at scrolling to start with)
I am looking for something to save time, but the scrolling method takes longer than typing.
I am looking for an easy method to navigate the bible. For example, The Word software (which is free at theword.net) is quite nice as there is a separate window to easily click on a relevant book, and then each bible book has a list of the chapters of that particular book the top of each page.
For example, if I am in the book of Psalms, is there a window where I can just click on a number to take me to take me to a different psalm?
Or is there a way that I can create such a window somehow?

Stephen,
Open up the sidebar table of contents for the Bible. That is the 3 horizontal lines (hamburger icon) in your Bible.

Thanks, but I tried that already. That method involves constant scrolling as each chapter is on a separate line.
Scroll to book / click on book / scroll down to chapter / click on chapter.

But having paid for Logos I am finding it far more difficult to navigate.

The answer depends upon where the reference is coming from. If the reference is from a Logos resource or tool, simply click on the reference (or drag and drop). If it is a preset list that you know but is not in Logos, create a Passage List then click or drag. If it is only in your head and unpredictable, you are stuck with typing. There are several who would like to see a pick panel as you describe so it may be suggested on the feedback site Roadmap | Faithlife although I didn't find it on a quick search.

book/chapter/verse.
I assume you know each need not be repeated. And tab clears quckly. But yes, a popup verse selector as in mobile has oft been requested, especially for touch-screens.

Hi Stephen:
You might not be aware of how non-picky the reference box is about input. For example, 'jn3.3' works fine. It's not the answer to your issue, but might reduce some drudgery.

Thank you to all those who replied.
I have managed to create my own document which I have made publicly sharable... Search for "List of Bible Chapters" in Public Docs, or go to https://flshare.net/g72md
It's not a perfect solution, and I had to colour code things just to stop it looking like a mass of numbers, but it's better than nothing.

on a related note, is there a hotkey i can program that will put the focus into the textbox where you type in the reference?

While searching for the answer to my question, I found this page with a whole bunch of shortcuts...

For specifically your questions I think it is this:
For Mac Cmd+G — Go to reference box of current resource/guide
For Windows Ctrl+G — Go to reference box of current resource/guide
