JFIF = Just Fake It, Folks

Have you ever learned a word, then, for days afterward, you notice it over and over? I started seeing '.JFIF' image files a month or two ago, and now that's all I see when looking for Personal Book covers. My anecdotal evidence thus far is that you can just change the file extension to '.JPEG' and the PB Tool will pick it up and use it with no problems.

Here's the Wikipedia article on JFIF (if you can read it and retain your will to live, ti saluto). Of course, I would never be suspicious of any poorly-explained, global change during times of widespread censorship, tracking, and general governmental and internet chicanery.
