Videos not playing in Logos Desktop App

I'm working though Craig Keener's NT385 Book Study: Revelation.



Problem: Videos only play audio, no visual. How can I fix this? I'm using 11th Gen. Intel i5 Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics.

I followed every possible solution in the Troubleshooting Video Problems link (see below) but nothing has worked. When I play a video (thumbnail) the screen is white. When I enlarge it, the screen goes black. Audio continues, but no video.
