ATTN FL: FLEB with three blank pages; missing title page, half title page & cover image

100 Prayers Every Christian Should Know just shipped today and I downloaded it. The first three pages of it (title, front matter) are completely blank. For the sake of getting a screenshot to demonstrate this, I changed the view to 5 column and made a selection to cover the first five pages, so you can see that the first three are big ol' empty pages. No cover image, no Title Page (it just literally says "Title Page"), etc.
