B4 Bug:F11 does not exit reading mode
I slip into reading mode using F11, message comes up saying, click F11 to exit reading mode, Hit F11, the screen dances a bit and then puts me back into reading mode. When I click inside the window I exit reading mode

not sure what happened, but it did it a couple times, with an L4 restart in between. then it started working all of a sudden. Go figure.

OK...its doing it again with a twist. Below is my screen layout. When I try to enter reading mode from the right column NKJV window, either by selecting it through the book cover or clicking in the pane and pressing F11, it opens up the middle pane (1 peter Passage guide) in reading mode. Hitting F11 causes it to flicker a bit and return to the middle pane in Reading mode. clicking anyware within the reading view window causes it to esc to normal mode. I do not recall ever having this problem with previous betas.

How can it be in "Reading mode" in the center pane? Whenever I press F11, reading mode is full screen (which I don't like on my wide-screen monitors).
Related (?) Glitch:
On my machine, entering reading mode from the right most pane (in a 3 pane, wide-screen display) will cause the resource to display full screen but display a black overlay at approximately the position of the left pane.(See attachment - note: it's a full, wide-screen PNG) Scrolling makes the black overlay disappear instantly.
With a bit more testing I find that I can only get this behavior to show up with one resource: David Martyn Lloyd-Jones, Christian Unity: Studies in Ephesians, Chapter 4, Verses 1 Through 16 (Grand Rapids: Baker Book House, 1972), p. 213. Possibly a type of resource is doing this, maybe only this resource (I haven't tested beyond a few commentaries and the NIV, which I have open now).
BTW, why do you have the locator bar and table of contents displaying in your Bible?

It takes the middle pane and puts it into reading mode instead of the right pane I want in reading mode.

There is an obvious glitch somewhere with this function. I've noticed exactly what Phillip described above and then when I shut down beta 4 and restart it everything seemed to work ok. However I lose my Google toolbar which is located to the right of my screen whenever Logos exits the "reading mode" and redraws the screen.

I can't repro this.

Thanks Philip; I was able to reproduce this with even more quirkiness and will report it. ~ Melissa

Melissa,
You might want to take a look at what I reported here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/2150.aspx. This may be related to the quirkiness you noted as well.

I don't know if its related or not but I did notice that once when it happened there was text still highlighted in the incorrect pane that did go into reading mode.
