How can I do a Case Frame Analysis in Logos?
Case Frame/Semantic Role analysis requires no tools other than the bare text. Faithlife has preformed the analysis and made it available to us in the clause search, the Case frames section of the word sudy and previously in the semantic/grammatic role section of the Factbook. IIRC they no longer show in the Context Menu ... but I am sure there are other places that the data is exposed.
I have to do a 20 page Case Frame/Semantic Role analysis of John 1:1-18. How would you begin?
But I'm am getting very curious as to why you are asking basic questions about your assignments. Are you actually trying to ask what tools in Logos to use in each step? Are you trying to use Logos to verify your work? Or are you asking how to do your assignment? I wonder because I don't want to assist you in using Logos to avoid doing the work yourself and failing to learn what the assignment is meant to teach.

yes
Are you trying to use Logos to verify your work?
I am also trying to use Logos as a stepping stone. I know how to do these assignments via pen and paper but do not get how to do them via logos.
but do not get how to do them via logos.
Okay, the issue is that Logos provides the results of their analysis, not the thought processes for the intermediate steps between the text and the results. You can use Logos for the Greek text and it's note tool but you don't want to use its morphology, clause visualization, or case frames as they all do the work that you need to do if you are going to develop the skills the assignment intends you to learn.
If I were your tutor and based on your questions, I would focus on teaching you to do your own research, to apply documentation, and to formulate questions clearly. That probably makes you glad I'm not your tutor!
