History of Jerusalem Collection

According to the email that I recieved the History of the Jerusalem Collection is about to be available. Does anybody know anything about this work? Any suggestions about this collection would be appreciated. I am trying to decide whether or not to go ahead with the purchase of it.
Thanks

These are scholarly monographs, part of the Journal for the Study of the Old Testament (JSOT) Supplements series, vols. 381, 404, and 41, respectively. I'm actually in the midst of putting together a list of all the books in that series with links to each (or the collection that contains it) on the Logos website, for the ones that are being put into Logos format (which is most of them). There are over 400 books in the series. Not many people would want or be able to own them all, so Logos is splitting them up into collections on various topics of interest, such as this one. If you're interested in the history of Jerusalem, these are sure to be top notch scholarly works. You can click on the links to see the first few sample pages for each book, and you'll be able to check out the tables of contents that way.
The volumes in this series normally are very pricey. They sell for $80 on up in print (sometimes over $200 for one book). The total for the three of these used on Amazon.com would be $272.45. The Logos price for the three of them once they are out of pre-pub will be $299.95. So the pre-pub price of $59.95 is a pretty good deal, relatively speaking. But they are still quite expensive academic books. So unless you are researching this topic, or anticipate wanting to in the future, they might not be something you need.
