Grey Overlay on top of video content?

Greetings everyone, I have a question about something that's happening in Proclaim.

Every time I use video content, or a video background, it seems that there's some kind of low opacity grey overlay that is applied on top of it when going live. I would like to stop this from happening, and I can't seem to find anything using my Google-fu, or Proclaim documentation or even just experimenting with the software.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Turns out it's Intel HD's video settings for my laptop. I tweaked it, and it the video is no longer washed out.
