Resources Installation issue

Purchased and downloaded Logos 4 for Mac today.  Went through .dmg install process.  Application installed, but it has not searched for / downloaded any resources (Bible Study Version).

How can I get the resources to download and install?

    Nothing is unlocked to your account on our end. Call Customer Support and they will be more than happy to help you get up and running.
