Problem Uploading

For several days now whenever I have compiled a PB and try to Upload it to the Faithlife servers, I get a notice: "Unexpected Error During Upload, please try again."

Occasionally this error has appeared in the past, but usually until now re-uploading the file worked fine.  Now its been almost a week since any of the PBs I've made have uploaded.  No matter the size of the file, I get the same message.

Has anyone else had this problem?   How did you successfully resolve it?  I am going on the assumption that the problem is on my end and not on the Faithlife servers since its gone on for a while. 

Advice?
