highlighting not showing up

Hi,

I normally use logos 9 on my windows 10 desktop pc, but for the last several weeks I've been using it on my laptop while away from my desktop PC. I discovered this morning when I went back to my desktop pc that the highlights I put in my NIV from the last several weeks that I made while using logos 9 on laptop are not showing up in my NIV when using my desktop PC. any ideas? I treid running a synch when I noticed they were not there but it didn't change anything

Please verify that you have the appropriate visual filters turned on. Once you do that, if you still don't see them, check to see if the highlighting note is present.

Thanks for responding JT. I can add new highlights and they show up fine, so can I safely assume the settings are accurate? the problem is that when I log into my laptop, the highlighting I did on my dekstop is not there, and vice versa from my laptop to my desktop. I can add highlights to my NIV just fine on both machines, and the ones I added from previous sessions on the same machine are there, but anything I added from a session on one machine does not appear when I log into the other. I have performed a synch but it didn't help.

No. If your new highlights are going to a visual filter that is turned ON, but the ones you took on mobile are going to a visual filter turned OFF, then you would get what you are experiencing.

You need to verify what note document those highlights are in and make sure the visual filter is turned on.
