For anyone that has the Tyndale Commentaries (49 volumes), for the commentary 2 Peter and Jude: An Introduction and Commentary, is it part of the Tyndale series in your library? I'm asking because for me its not.
I have it included as part of the "Tyndale Commentaries" series. The series lists 49 volumes.
That volume lists "Tyndale Commentaries" for the series for me. It must have been missing in the metadata and was updated at some point, and you must not have gotten the metadata download.
I am not sure how you can force the metadata to update for you. Could one of the other MVPs who knows this chime in? I'd love to learn it for future reference anyway.
On second thought, this might be related to the bug which has been outstanding for quite a while where the metadata doesn't get updated automatically sometimes and it appears you can't force it to be updated: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/15141/115757.aspx. I'll jingle Logos's bell about this again and see what's up.
In the meantime, try "update resources" and see if that fixes it for you.
Melissa knows about my issue from this thread - http://community.logos.com/forums/t/20410.aspx?PageIndex=2 where she has already suggested the old suggestion of going into the Logos4 folder, open Data\uniquefolder.xxx\Updates and delete the Metadata.db file, then restarting Logos. But as it stands that is not working for me, nor does updating resources, update now or sync now.
I started this thread wondering if there are several more people who are getting the same error as I or not.

That volume is listed as part of the set on my computer. It's odd how, even after you had removed the metadata file, you still don't see it as part of the set. I am wondering if this can be corrected if you remove the entire set from you computer and re-download it from Logos? I recall the set was less than 70MB. Consult with Melissa first before removing the files.
The problem I had was the "prioritize the series" was not available in my Library. It was corrected when I removed the metadata file and re-launched L4.

Not at point of sale as Logos has to deliver via CD. Once activated it can be downloaded by L4.

You can't purchase it as a download, but once you own any Logos product in Logos 4, they can all be re-downloaded if something gets deleted on your machine either due to an accidental deletion, or a hard disk failure. Logos has on their servers a record of all the titles you have licenses to, so if you delete a resource file and then type "update resources" you should get back whatever you're missing.
