Hi. I have linked our SongSelect account to Proclaim, but getting the error message in the screenshot.

Thanks for the report.
I can see in your logs that SongSelect is saying you don't have permission to view search results. You need an Advanced or Premium SongSelect license to use this feature. Are you perhaps on a Public Domain / free license?
If you do have a paid license, you can try unlinking, then re-linking your account. If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact SongSelect to see if something is up with your account.
