Hi, I am coming back after a time away and simply cannot sign in. I tried the hold command key down which did get me further to the sign in page but after some time trying it gives up. Is this familiar to anyone?

When you say that it gives up, is it simply waiting with no response or is there any form of error message?
With Logos 7 not being supported any more it is possible that there is some interaction required between your software and the software on Faithlife servers (I don't know if this is the case).
I would recommend looking at upgrading to Logos 9 - the free engine is available at https://www.logos.com/product/194909/logos-9-basic - and seeing if that works better.
Please note you will see some differences - the way Notes are handled has been upgraded and the context menu layout is different are two examples of this.
