I am thinking about returning to Proclaim (new church). One question: Do you delete past services? Years ago that would remove any modified songs you had placed in your library, is it still this way?

In general, we don't tend to delete them. We find it useful sometimes to be able to go back to old ones and use those as a template for a new one.
I leave them there. If there is a space problem then I will have to clean up.

Same here. With the exception of a small number of presentation files that were corrupted by later editing, we leave the old ones in tact and tend to re-use them as templates for new presentation files.
