A Clause search can include the morphology of verbs, although the syntax is a bit different than Morph searches:
- Morph search: @V??I
- Clause search: verb-morph:V??I
I have a few questions about entering morphology in Clause searches:
1. Is there a way to specify the morphology of a verb with a particular lemma? In a Morph search, to find the imperatives of βάλλω, I would enter:
How would I enter a similar Clause search? I tried this but it did not work:
- verb-morph:V??M INTERSECTS verb-lemma:βάλλω
2. Also, is there any way to enter the morphology of nouns or adjectives in a Clause search? For consistency, I would expect something like noun-lemma and noun-morph. Even less confusing would be to use the same syntax as Morph searches.
