    I made all of these available for e-Sword. They're not perfect, but they are pretty good. A couple of corrections to some of the descriptions:

    Diodati's notes were actually printed in 1643, they are a translation of his 1640-41 Italian Bible footnotes.

    I did not convert the Dutch notes from a Sword Project Module, but did the work based on a set of the notes online here https://github.com/teusbenschop/The-Dutch-Annotations-upon-the-Whole-Bible-1657.

    Here is a fuller list of the scholars involved in the English Annotations:

    Mr. Ley - Pentateuch
    Mr. Downham - Joshua, Judges, Ruth, Samuel
    Dr. Gouge - Kings, Chronicles, Ezra, Nehemiah and Esther
    Mr. Meric Casaubon - Psalms
    Mr. Francis Taylor - Proverbs
    Dr. Reignolds - Ecclesiastes
    Mr. Swalwood - Song of Solomon
    Mr. Gataker - Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Lamentations
    Mr. Pemberton - Ezekiel, Daniel, and the minor Prophets
    Mr. Ley - Gospels
    Mr. Abbot or Mr. Reading - Acts
    Dr. Featley - Paul’s Epistles

    And the English Annotations are not Westminster Assembly Annotations. It should be noted that while the English Annotators benefited from the closeness to the Westminster Assembly, they were not however “undertaken by the Directions or with the Consent of the Assembly; nor were the major Part Members of the Assembly: nor did any of the Assembly review the work when it was finished: So that it cannot, upon any Account, be said to be theirs.” - Baxter, Richard, Edmund Calamy, Joseph Whately, and Andrew Dickson White.
