This morning I have opened my Proclaim program to complete sermon series slides for this week and it opens but will not fully load. I am using Mac Desktop and I cannot click anything as the rainbow spinner is all that is available. I can see to the side my service and loops are there but some are still loading. What is the problem here?? I need this to be worked out ASAP!!!
On another note, I need to contact someone about being charged twice for my subscription. I signed up for one but then moments later realised it wasn't the one I needed and so upgraded, but was charged for BOTH! I need to speak to someone about this ASAP also.
There is no easy way to contact you guys about issues. Took me some time to figure out how to even do this.
