I have worked for hours trying to get the program to sync. It showed up last week and waited until today to try and deal with it. I have the log that I can attach as well.

And its still not working?
I ask because there were some ISP issues earlier in the week which I believe have now been resolved.
If still a program, please do attach the log
No, the strange thing is that I can bring my laptop in and it syncs with no problems.
So, part of my problem was that I could not find the library files for Proclaim in the finder (mac os). When I would uninstall and reinstall the program all that was happening was I was deleting the executable file and reinstalling it. It was getting its data from the library file. Ultimately, the library folder was "hidden". When I figured that out, I deleted the "proclaim" file and uninstalled everything. When I reinstalled everything, the sync error was gone.
May or May not be the same root issue as Scott Webb. Fortunately I have NOT been included in the ISP outage all week, BUT on Sunday (in Central United States) when I tried to use Preach Mode from my laptop (only for the 2nd time because I have become comfortable with Proclaim Remote and LOCAL connection), The web interface would NOT advance my Proclaim Slides. After service when I tried to upload the audio file to Faithlife there were sync delays beyond my normal experience.
Fortunately, my redundancy plan (WORD printout of my sermon notes with images pasted from Proclaim slides for the AV control room) allowed the computer volunteer to follow my sermon and advance slides.
