Multimedia wont load

I am trying to create a content slide in a presentation and it will not connect to multimedia.

    Hi Carlos and welcome to the forums.

    I think you will need to be a little more specific about the problem.

    Try attaching a screen shot to a post in this thread. You use the paperclip of the orange blob to attach the screenshot.

    Once we understand the question I am sure somebody will be able to help out.

    Carlos, I believe I had the same issue this morning too… the media browser was not loading for me for a period near when you posted. 
    The Proclaim team will be investigating this week. I’ll post an update here when I have one.
