BUG-In a Study Guide the Text Box Clears after Adding an Anchor and a Notebook to the Note

In the Life Change study guide 1 Timothy ( I don't think it matters which publisher or study guide)

  • Type the answer in the text box for question #1
  • Open the note associated with the answer by clicking the folder icon to the right and select "open in notes"
  • In the opened note add an anchor to the Bible reference, click "Done"
  • Return to the study guide and the text box is empty and the icon disappeared, even though the anchor in the note and the text itself is still there in notes.
  • Go back to the note, add a new icon and select a notebook for the note. Return to the study guide and the icon you just added appears at the top left of the text box, but the text box is still empty and no original icon to the right.

I think I understand that answers in these text boxes are originally established as a note in a special notebook which house all answer boxes from resources that have them, and if I assign it to a new notebook it no longer exists in the special notebook, or the text box it is connected to, BUT why does it clear the text box and icon by simply adding an anchor to the note?

If I remove the anchor I added, the text still doesn't reappear in the answer box.

I hope this is not expected behavior.

    Hi Bill,

Thank you for reporting this and for the clear repro steps. I was able to recreate this behavior and I will get a case written up.

    Hi Bill,

Thank you for letting us know you are still experiencing this. Unfortunately I do not have any updates on the status of this fix. Once we have one in place I will be sure to update this thread.
