Proclaim does not start

I have installed Proclaim, but it will not open.

I ran the compatibility troubleshooter, no help.  Then, I updated .NET framework, installed updates, restarted several times. I've uninstalled, re-downloaded, and installed as admin. I've tried running the program as admin. It just won't open.  Help?

Windows 10 Home, version 21H2
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz   2.70 GHz
8 GB RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Sorry to hear you are having problems.

When you say Proclaim won't start, does it hang, is there an error message or something else?

Do you have a Proclaim log file (see details of where these are located at https://support.faithlife.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007374091-How-do-I-submit-log-files-if-I-can-t-open-Proclaim-)? If so, please upload it in a reply to this post using the paperclip icon in the forum editor
