Disappearing library
I have redownloaded the app for my computer (PC) and installed it. It tells me my books are no longer in my libraray. I can access them online and on my phone, but not on my PC.
How do I access and download them?

This sounds as though you selected the installation option to leave most resource in the Cloud

Thank you. I shut down the programme and restarted it and my library appeared and started downloading of its own accord.
I don't know what I did wrong at first or right later on, but I have my books on my computer again.
