Disappearing library

It tells me my books are no longer in my libraray.  I can access them online and on my phone, but not on my PC.

This sounds as though you selected the installation option to leave most resource in the Cloud

How do I access and download them?

Thank you.  I shut down the programme and restarted it and my library appeared and started downloading of its own accord.

I don't know what I did wrong at first or right later on, but I have my books on my computer again.
