Why Can't I search in the media browser for certain video items

In my Group Upload board I have 37 items (most which are videos) titles that all start with "2019_FPU_" however, I get zero results until I type "2019_F" in the search bar. I also get zero results if I search for "_FPU_"

What are the rules for using the search bar?

Secondly, why is there no "By Title" option in the sort field?

Thirdly, how do I preview a video in the media browser?
