Feature: Draw on Screen on iPad

I would want to use this:
- draw in bibles
- add notes in Bibles (like I do in the margins of my physical bibles)
- add notes in books (like I do in the margins of my physical books)
- ...and it Save so that I can see it no matter which device I am on
Although I am very grateful to the Logos developers for continuous improvements to the platform, to only use it temp purposes is not that useful (for me; maybe for others).
Also, I agree with some of the other users, I feel limited who can use certain features does get irritating. Another example is the Search Print Books feature requires Gold (about $1,200 for me) or L10 Full Feature Upgrade (about $700). I think I can wait as I don't need either of these packages.

This is a built in feature of iOS, so a low risk - low investment for FL. It is a great benefit to some users, but it is not a "write in bible and save notes" feature (which would be very difficult to program and maintain).

Software isn't cheap to develop and maintain. The basic app has many free features that everyone can use and enjoy. It is good and fine for FL to create paid features to help with the cost of development... They need to have a healthy bottom line, else Logos will go the way of other Bible Software Apps (see WordSearch).

Are there any keyboard shortcuts (I use an Apple Magic Keyboard with my iPad Pro) to enter "Draw on Screen" mode.
That would make it much more user friendly in an educational setting.
MacBook Air M1 16GB RAM | Mac Mini M1 8GB RAM | iMac 24" M1 16GB RAM | iPad Pro (plus some Windows laptops relegated to disuse)

Thanks for the workaround. although it shouldn't have to be this way. Android users shouldnt have to feel left out. 😔

Logos is using a built in feature of iOS to perform this feature in the app.najiah griffiths said:although it shouldn't have to be this way. Android users shouldnt have to feel left out.

We’d love to hear your thoughts on this new feature
Don't need this. The built in highlighting works already for those who want to highlight verses. If people want to doodle they can buy a box of crayons [H]
I would rather that they get Greek Audio to work on the mobile platforms. And English Audio Bibles too, other than the ESV and Lexham.

It’s been a while since this came out, so I wanted to share it’s now available on iPhones and Desktops!
It would be nice if the markings stayed like they do in Word and Power Point so all links are still active and if you jump to another page and you come back to the page you drew on, markings will still be there 👍DAL

Yeah, it’s at least cool to make quick graphics.

I found out Screen Brush for Mac 💻 is better than Logos Draw on Screen F8 feature! On iPad, your finger or stylus Logos F8 is ok, but on mac screen brush is superior even though it’s basic!
DAL
PS. FWIW the F8 function should even be included in the free engine. It’s way to raw for it to be included in Bronze and above.

Agreed, the feature on desktop is quite anemic compared to ipad. Grateful we have something though
Note, I use a laptop that can fold into a tablet (Thinkpad X1 Yoga), and often find myself using the desktop application while in tablet mode with my laptop - all of that to say that having better parity between the drawn on screen features of ipad vs desktop would be appreciated by me!
