Word Info in Interlinears

I am attempting to get the "Word Info" feature to work properly on long-press in Logos 10 Mobile (Android) for the interlinear resources. Forums for older versions mention an "Auto Lookup" toggle, but I do not see that in the current version anywhere.

It seems to work fine in the Hebrew Interlinear, but no "Word Info" appears for the Greek Interlinear (LGNTI) or the LLXXI. I also cannot execute a Word Study from the Greek interlinear resources.

Word Info does appear in NA28. However, the extended info pulls from TDNT, which is an odd resource to use for that, and I cannot find a place to change the default to another lexicon like BDAG. The Hebrew is pulling from DBL, which is okay, but I would rather default to HALOT if possible.

Please let me know if these are bugs or if I am just missing something. Thank you!

Christopher, just moving your thread back up, for more help.

But you might indicate:

- Are you offline or on. Meaning do you have a greek lexicon downloaded, if offline.

- How are your desktop lexicons prioritized? Hebrew, and greek. Who's first?

And indeed the LGNTI and LLXXI should work (do on mine, but I'm iOS).

I am online AND I have my lexicons downloaded to my mobile device.

I see that the priority from the desktop carries over to the mobile app, and my priorities got messed up to put DBL higher than the others. I have successfully placed HALOT and BDAG prior.

Greek interlinears still are not not bringing up "Word Info" on long press or allow Word Studies.

Sounds like a definite bug.

Too late to edit your title with 'Bug: ...' (I think 5 mins or so).

So, you could:

- Sit on it; likely part of the Android interlinear newness. After L10 calms, they'll pick up the pieces

- Periodically bump your thread to the top

- Create a new thread with 'Bug: ...' as a prefix

Ah, yeah, thanks. I wasn't sure if it was a bug, so didn't want to be the kid who cries "BUG!" Haha. But I expect it will get ironed out before too long.

I forgot to mention, at least on the iOS version, you can report a bug in the app. I think the bottom menu. Anyway, they're pretty good in that avenue, vs them not seeing the forum posts for mobile.

We apologize for the issues you're seeing Christopher. I am able to see the Word Info cards for all interlinear resources (I've tested about 10 resource) except for The Interlinear Literal Translation of the Greek New Testament. What resources are you not able to see a Word Info card with?

I am able to reproduce the Word Study option not being available in the selection menu and will write up a case for this to be fixed. I'll let you know when the fix is available.

This has been fixed in the latest Android beta app: 10.1 0720. It will ship to the stable app in just a few short weeks.
