I can't open my Logos app on my PC
I upgraded my Logos to 10 and used it for the first day no problem. Then, today I can't even open the app. I chatted with one of the customer representatives, but no help. Anyone experiencing similar? I even uninstalled the app and downloaded, but still not working.

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
What happens when you try to open it?
What platform - Windows or Mac - are you using?
Can you try opening to a blank layout - hold the Ctrl key (on Windows - I assume the Cmd key on Mac) down when starting Logos?

My platform is Windows. When I click the Logos button, it looks like it's starting, but then after the initial opening sound is played, the window is gone.

If it doesn't open with the Ctrl key pressed (this will cause Logos to open to a blank layout) please enable diagnostic logging and post logs in a reply to this thread (use the paperclip icon in the forum editor)

I was able to open my Logos with the Ctrl key pressed. It took some time to download all the resources again, but it's working now and I am so happy that I can go back to my preparation. Thank you so much!
