BUG in Report typo

I have mentioned this before but haven't get any comments from dev team.

It's not possible in L4 to report typos in resources description text because it's not possible to highlight text.

This could be done in L3.

    I'm frustrated in general that you can't select and copy text in the resource description windows.  That should be allowed. IMO.

    This is kind of covered by the known issue "You cannot execute a KeyLink from or select text in most of the reports, guides, search panels, etc.". We anticipate that these kind of problems could be reported (in the final release of 4.0) through the "Help > Report a problem" menu item.
