No slide control with latest versions

I'm not sure where the mix-up is. I am using lastest version of Proclaim, Logos Bible Mobile, on latest version of iPadOS and iOS (iPhone). Acts like I'm connected to Proclaim but will not change slides. Any clue what's going on?

* I have rebooted all machines. All on same Wi-Fi.

    Once again, SLIDE CONTROL is NOT working for me on Proclaim. I have the most updated version of everything. (Mac Ventura, iOS, Proclaim, & Logos). What in the world is going on? This brotha needs some HELP! Thanks much.

    Hi Jackie, thanks for the report, and I'm sorry you keep having trouble.

    I'm not aware of anything systemic going on, but it may be that I just don't quite understand how you're trying to do this. Can you please tell me a bit about how you're trying to change slides? There are a couple different ways to control Proclaim, including the Proclaim Remote, Logos Desktop, and Proclaim itself.

    If I had to guess, given the problem is somewhat intermittent it could be a network issue, a firewall in place that's not letting traffic through or something like that. Logs from the affected apps might help us track down the issue.
