Text Comparison annoyance
I'm not sure if this a bug exactly but it's sure annoying. If I open my primary Bible and then a text comparison window beside it when I continue to read my primary Bible by scrolling down using the arrow key when I get to the next verse the focus is suddenly shifted to the text comparison widow and the down arrow is now cruising through a list of passages to chose from in that window. Using the mouse wheel doesn't cause this problem so I am leaning towards bug.

Here's annoyance number two (definitely a bug) when the text comparison (TC) window is open. If you highlight with the mouse a verse in the text that isn't currently shown in the TC window and try to copy it, all you will get is the text in the TC window address bar. e.g. If the TC is displaying 1 Chron 29:21 and you try to copy and paste v25 all that will come out is " 1 Chronicles 29:25." Sometimes it copies the list of Bibles you have open instead, e.g. " TNIV, ESV, NRSV, NASB95, NLT." This isn't very helpful when I'm trying to quote scripture .

The focus issue of the text comparison tool also brings out funny effects in combination with several passage analysis windows open (all with different references of course). When switching between them, the text comparison tool grabs the focus and thus brings the main window to the foreground. Very annoying...

If you'd like a temporary fix for these issues, one way to stop the Text Comparison tool from stealing the current focus is to turn off the "follow" setting. To do this, open the Text Comparison panel menu, in the "Link set" row click "None". The Text Comparison tool will now no longer steal the focus, however, it will also not follow along with your current location.
