Auto Translate working intermittently
First of all, I'd like to congratulate Faithlife for the auto-translate feature. It's an amazing feature, one of my v10 favourites.
However, many times the feature doesn't work for me, it throws this error:
There was an error translating the text.
Sometimes it works, other times it doesn't. I have a stable Internet connection, so I don't know why this may happen.
What could be happening?

Is there any consistency?
Is it that a particular passage in a particular resource always fails or sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't?

I've observed that it fails specially with Google as the translation engine (i.e. translating form Latin). Much less with DeepL.

May I ask how you switch to the Google Engine? I get only DeepL offered.

We are seeing a few intermittent errors with translation via Google and have a case to investigate. Thanks for the heads up.

The translation engine is selected based on the source and target language. Generally speaking we typically prefer DeepL when it is a language that DeepL supports. If DeepL doesn't support it, we use Google, which supports a much higher number of languages (including Latin).
