Mobile Android 10.2.0 beta - line wrapping broken

If you look at the video attached and how the word Obadiah behaves, wrt line wrapping, you'll see that line wrapping no longer works properly.

Is the bug you are reporting that there is no room for “Obadiah” (with a capital letter) to fit on that line?

No I'm sorry if it's not clear. Basically there is room in the first line for Obadiah to appear however for some reason it is initially on the second line. As you can see from the video, the line wrapping is inconsistent, Obadiah should always be on the first line, where there is no line break. However it often goes onto the second line even if there is no line break. Is that clearer?

Thanks for the detailed response, Paul. I now understand the issue. As of right now, this is not something we are likely to fix given the priority of other bugs that have a higher impact.
