The Verbum advance training videos do not work properly on my desktop. I get the audio of all three but no video. They all work ok in the Verbum Web App.
Why would they not work on my desktop?

What computer do you have - and which graphics card?
There was a problem some time ago - https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052821231-Display-problems-on-11th-gen-Intel-processors-with-Iris-Xe - that also affected videos but I thought that had been fixed.
Worth checking you have up-to-date video drivers.
Thanks Graham. I did the driver updates and still no go. I can view videos from other software and sites i.e., youtube, etc., without any problems
I am not the most computer savvy person in the world so I think I'll give support a call.

Resolved. Somehow the enable hardware acceleration toggle in Program Settings/Advanced got set to "no". Changed it to yes and all is working.
