Connect to song select issue

7128.Proclaim Logs.zipHaving trouble connecting to song select. Time stamp is good. CCLI account is good.

Make your proclaim is up to date, (you can check in help>about) and then go to the avatar menu (upper right) and delink your account.
a couple people posted with similar issues here in the forums. Not sure why all at once…has this been on-going or is this recent?

For some weeks i've been having messages about not being able to connet to Song Select as below
this is happening on multiple computers but not causing any operational problems as yet
On one i have tried relinking the account but I don't thnk (am not sure) it made any difference.

I forgot about relinking the CCLI account. That fixed it for me.

great to hear! Proclaim should automatically renew your credentials as needed so you should not need to re-sign in. Please reply back if you find Proclaim in this state again.
we did fix a bug in this area so hopefully it was a holdover from before the fix was in-place.
