Detaching from beta version

I have problems with my beta version and the Logos staff suggested I work through this group to detach from it.Here in Peru it and a Spanish version were all I found to download and I have a large library on computer that isn't presently accessible in the beta version I have. What can I do?

    Hi James, I may not be understanding your issue correctly, but are you able to remove the beta app and download the stable app? If so, does this resolve your issue?

    For clarification: This forum is for the mobile app (iOS or Android). Is that the app you need assistance with? The answer is different for desktop. 

    If indeed you are looking for help with the mobile app, you simply delete the beta app and download the regular version.
