Does anyone know how to enable factbook tags in the toolbar? Mines isn't showing for some reason.

Do you have a Logos 9 base package and, if so, which level?
This feature requires at least the Starter feature upgrade

I checked the "About Logos Bible Software" to see which level and this is what I have:
Logos Bible Software 9.17 SR-29.17.0.0020
Hopefully this is what you're referring to.
This is the software engine (which is free for everyone). It does not tell us what you actually own.

Well, maybe it won't. Try doing a search of the store for "Factbook Visual Filter." If you own it, you should see this:
(Notice the "You already own this product" on the right side.)
