Factbook tag not showing in toolbar

Does anyone know how to enable factbook tags in the toolbar? Mines isn't showing for some reason.

Do you have a Logos 9 base package and, if so, which level?

This feature requires at least the Starter feature upgrade

Hey Graham, thanks for the response.

I checked the "About Logos Bible Software" to see which level and this is what I have:

Logos Bible Software 9.17 SR-2
9.17.0.0020

Hopefully this is what you're referring to.

Well, maybe it won't. Try doing a search of the store for "Factbook Visual Filter." If you own it, you should see this:

(Notice the "You already own this product" on the right side.)
