Book bug - The Survivability of Catholic Schools

Hello ETD, I have an odd book bug for you that is theoretically a quick fix but needs fixing...
The bug is within The Survivability of Catholic Schools, which shipped last month. This is quite literally an odd bug. All of the odd-numbered footnotes are broken. Even-numbered footnotes seem to be working. Please fix!
