Failure Linking Song Select

Here are Providence Christian Church's Log Files. Tried two different computers to check. Library is not linking to our Song Select Account.
-No Change in password
-Account is linked
-Account is current

I don't know about your situation, hopefully employees can make sense of your logs.
I did find last week that I had to unlink and relink our song select account to get lyrics to populate a song.
