Uploading File Stuck at 0%

I have the latest update, which was just installed this morning, and I tried to upload a video file. It says it is uploading but has been stuck on 0% forever.
Is there some server issue? I am trying to sync to the server from my home office so I can use this file in my sermon presentation at church Sunday.

Weekly bump of posts that have not yet had a response.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

I was getting that as well - I downloaded a YT video, and in FCP, detached the audio so I could edit out some parts of the video portion, and exported it as an MP4 file - just got the spinning blue circle/0% upload progress. I tried uploading it as a MOV file and after a couple of minutes it went from 0% to completed. Not sure why. Both files are 300-ish mb, so not small files (FCP does that when you detach the audio, they were under 30mb originally). So... suggesting a file type change if you have that problem? Normally an MP4 is easier to work with, but today it's the MOV file type for the win...

Sorry for the late reply, and thank-your Lawrence for the additional info.
i wasn't immediately able to reproduce this on my end, but we will investigate.
MP4 with h.264 encoding is the preferred format for proclaim. Mov‘s are great on Mac, but if you sync to windows we will start a transcode process on the server to then create an MP4.

Hi Jordan,
My normal video format is mp4 - but it wasn't working so I tried MOV. Maybe that forced the transcode process that made it work? Thanks for looking into this - I have run into this on occasion before.
What is the max file size before you have to store it on the presenting pc? 600mb or so?

Yes - this has been happening ever since the major update of Proclaim. Happening on multiple Macs all with the latest version of Proclaim and different file types. Both MP4 and MOV.

We have identified a bug with the upload progress and have it fixed internally. It was not affecting the actual upload but was affecting how we updated progress. Sadly, it was only affecting larger files (which are the ones that you need the progress for!)
This fix and others are planned for a release in the near future.
